What counts as a connected account? +
Each LinkedIn, email, calendar, or messaging account a recruiter authorizes through Unipile-hosted auth. One person can connect multiple accounts; a single account is shared by no one. You're billed for the accounts you connect, not the people who use them — invite as many teammates, VAs, or clients as you want without per-seat fees.
Can I add teammates without paying per seat? +
Yes. MartyHR charges per connected account, not per user. Workspaces support unlimited admins, recruiters, and viewers with role-based permissions on every plan.
What's an enrichment credit, and what doesn't use one? +
Credits are spent only on fresh enrichment from the 500M-profile global database (powered by People Data Labs). Internal-corpus search — your ATS, your team's network, past applicants, CSV imports — is unlimited and credit-free. Unused credits don't roll over month to month.
What's the difference between Starter and Agency? +
Starter is per-account billing aimed at one or a few connected accounts — best for individual recruiters and in-house TA leads. Agency packages 50 connected accounts under one flat subscription with multi-client workspace structure, team analytics, and 1:1 onboarding. If you're running 5+ accounts, Agency is usually cheaper than Starter.
Can I switch plans anytime? +
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer a free trial? +
Pre-launch, MartyHR opens to design partners only. Design partners get a 30-minute project setup call with the founding team and a permanent 30% discount on the plan they choose. After launch, a 14-day free trial is planned for Starter and Agency.
Can I white-label MartyHR? +
Scale includes one white-label brand with custom domain. Additional brands are available as a per-brand add-on. White-label is not available on Starter or Agency.
What happens to my pricing after launch? +
Design-partner pricing is locked for the lifetime of the subscription. Public list pricing may move at launch — design partners keep their original rate as long as they stay subscribed.
Do you charge for support or onboarding? +
No. Onboarding is included on every plan. Starter gets self-serve onboarding; Agency adds a 60-minute 1:1 setup call; Scale gets a dedicated CSM and private Slack channel.
Is there a setup fee? +
No setup fee on any plan. Migrations from existing sourcing tools are included on Scale; Agency customers can request migration assistance at cost.
